Applying an Existing Governed Hospitality System to a Project

An investor with a proposed site or hospitality project can determine which existing Governed Hospitality System and typology correspond to its geography, territorial context and intended project configuration.

Where an applicable system and typology are identified, the investor may obtain the corresponding GHS Project Package and the project-specific right to apply that system and typology to the project.

The Governed Hospitality System is not created or redesigned around the individual project.

The project is developed as an application of an existing institutional system.

WHAT THE CLIENT OBTAINS

The GHS Project Package provides the project-specific institutional resources required to apply one selected Governed Hospitality System and typology to one hospitality project.

03 — GHS PROJECT PACKAGE

The investor may obtain the applicable GHS Project Package.

The project-specific legal right to apply the selected Governed Hospitality System and typology is formalised through the applicable Project IP Participation Agreement.

The relevant institutional documentation, frameworks, standards, protected parameters and references are then made available to the investor and authorised project team members.

04 — GHS AI ACCESS

Authorised client and project team members receive access to the corresponding GHS AI, providing a shared interpretive and governance reference throughout the project.

05 — PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

The investor and its appointed professional teams develop and implement the project using the selected Governed Hospitality System as the common institutional reference.

Project-specific professional responsibility remains with the respective appointed professionals.
